If you have a juicer, it’s a great way to make raw food and rid your body of toxins and all the other crap that’s in there from eating like a normal person. Ideally it’s best to do a three day cleanse, but for now, one day will still feel great.
I made three juices for one day – enough to almost fill three mason jars and then I drank half a jar every two hours. I used up what I had in the fridge, but unfortunately didn’t have things like fresh mint, basil or ginger. Next time I will definitely add those to spice them up a bit. Mint would be great in all of them. Ginger would be great in the beet or carrot. And basil would go with the kale. Keep them refrigerated with a tight lid so you can shake them up before drinking since the contents tend to settle.
