1 Cup Tomato Sauce
1 Cauliflower, sliced into chunky steaks. I got three good steaks out of one cauliflower.
Save the rest of the cauliflower and chop up to add in the relish.
1/2 cup chopped Olives
1/4 cup Sun-dried Tomatoes
1 TB Lemon Juice
2 TB Olive Oil
the chopped Cauliflower
Start the roasting process by skillet cooking the steaks for 3 minutes a side in olive oil. Remove and then put in a roasting pan and roast for 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Take out of oven, cover in tomato sauce and then put back in for ten minutes.
Top with relish and serve warm.
