Cheesy Polenta with Mushrooms

Make polenta according to box. I used stock instead of water to give it some flavor.

While the polenta is cooking, take a handful of chanterelle mushrooms [very expensive 29.99$ a pound] so you don’t need much, and saute them in garlic and butter.

Once the polenta is cooked, add some cheese of your choice and mix thoroughly.

Top with cooked mushroom and serve.
