20 wonton wrappers
20 pieces of tiny shrimp
2 TB soy sauce
1 TB fish sauce
green onion, chopped [enough for mixture and garnish]
Place a piece of shrimp and sauce at the top of a square wonton wrapper. Fold in a triangle and seal with water. Pull each corner over to the middle and seal so you have what looks like the design above.
Boil the broth in a pot. Once you bring it down to a medium-small simmer, drop in the wontons and cook until they pop up to the surface, about three minutes. Serve from pot and garnish with green onion.
