2 Eggs, plus cream if you like
1 Salmon Fillet
Butter/Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Spinach, chopped
Remove the skin from the salmon if needed, wash and cut into small pieces. Chop up desired amount of spinach.
Start by cooking the salmon and spinach alone first in a heated pan.
After it is cooked 90% through, add the eggs and scramble.
