Smokey Mushroom Mac and Cheese

1/2 Box of Cavatappi Pasta

1 Cup Cream

1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/2 Carton Portabella Button Mushrooms

Butter

African Smoke seasoning, or a mixture of Paprika, Garlic, Salt and Oregano

Make pasta according to box. You can use any kind you like.

Saute mushrooms in butter. I added in some faux crab for texture and flavor.

In another saucepan, make your cheese sauce – by whisking on low heat the cheddar cheese and cream. Add some African smoke seasoning or a mixture of paprika, oregano and garlic. Pour over noodles and coat.
