Pear Clafoutis

1 dab of Butter

2 TB Honey

3 Eggs

3/4 Cup Sugar

1 Cup Flour

1 Cup Milk

Powdered Sugar, to dust

2 Pears, peeled, cored and quartered

Take care of your pears.

Brown them in butter and honey.

Mix the flour, sugar, eggs and milk until you have a batter.

Place pears in a baking dish and pour batter over.

Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees, then reduce to 350 and continue for another 20 minutes.

Dust with powdered sugar.
