1 LB Shrimp
2 TB Butter
1-2 cloves Garlic
1/2 box of Capellini Pasta
Melt butter in a saute pan. Saute 1-2 cloves of garlic until almost golden. Once the butter is melted, cook shrimp for two to three minutes until fully cooked and pink. Remove from heat, you don’t want your shrimp to become too gummy.
Sprinkle with some oregano and toss over noodles. Thin pasta is best.
