Baked Beer Battered Onion Rings

Slice an onion to a desired thickness. Separate the rings.

In a bowl make a bath of a 1 raw egg, salt, pepper, 1 beer and cayenne pepper, to taste.

Have a bowl of just flour near the beer bath.

In another bowl mix up 1 cup of flour and 2 cups of breadcrumbs.

Dunk an onion ring in the plain flour. Then in the egg bath. And then in the breadcrumbs.

See aside until you’ve coated all the rings.

Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees until crispy.
