Orecchiette with Broccoli

1/2 bunch of Broccoli

1-2 TB butter

Chili Flakes, to taste

2 cloves Garlic, chopped

Zest of 1 Lemon

Olive Oil, enough to coat the pan

1/3 Box Orecchiette


Make the pasta according to box.

Chop up the broccoli into tiny pieces, about the size of the pasta.

Saute the garlic and broccoli in butter until the broccoli turns a bright green. Add the lemon juice. Toss in your cooked pasta and cook through for a minute or two. Then garnish with parmesan, chili flake and lemon zest.
