Clinton Kelly’s Cobbler

From Clinton Kelly’s recipe on the Chew – this was one of the best baking experiences I’ve ever had. And what’s awesome is that you can substitute any kind of fruit you want for the filling.

I used plums and pears. It was best right out of the oven. Also, after doing some research, I learned that this cobbler type is the Buckle. Yes, there are like 5 different kinds of Cobbler, one even pertains to the state of North Carolina.
