Chocolate Mousse

So this has been a true test of my patience. Making mousse is very hard, I’ve learned! The first time I made this, it didn’t turn out too great.

2 oz Chocolate, to melt

2 ts Orange Extract

2 eggs

Chili [optional for a spicy version]

You beat the eggs to stiff peaks, melt the chocolate – fold in and then cool in the fridge for a bit.

Okay, so I got the eggs to the correct consistency, but I might have added the melted chocolate in too soon.

I ended up with a stiff, chunky mousse.

Next time I will try this recipe.
