Simple Split Pea Soup

1 bag of frozen organic peas

2-3 cups of Veggie Stock

1/2 Onion, chopped

Saute the onions and season with basil.

Add the peas and saute until frozen liquid is released. Add the stock and bring to a boil. Cover, simmer for 10 minutes. Take off the heat, cool down, and then puree in a food processor. Reheat in the pot after. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and some green onions.
