Roasted Tomatoes with Shrimp and Feta

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Roast 5-6 small sliced tomatoes for 20 minutes until soft.

Take a handful of shrimp and season with lemon juice and parsley and let marinate during this time.

Take out the tomatoes and mix in the shrimp. Sprinkle on some feta and then roast for another 10-15 minutes in the oven.

Serve on toast.
