I’ve adapted this from a vegan version; adding eggs and butter.
1/2 Can Black Beans, rinsed
1-2 TB butter
1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
a pinch of Salt
1/2 TB Vanilla
1/8 Cup Sugar/Agave
1/3 TS Baking Powder
handfull of chocolate chips
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips, melted
Mix everything together in a food processor. You need the beans to be ground up fine. Mix until a thick batter forms.
Scrape out into a greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Take off, cool down.
Form into little balls and use sticks or toothpicks to create handles. Dip into melted chocolate and sprinkles. Cool in fridge for 30 minutes.
