Fried Plantains

In a skillet heat up 2-4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil.

Slice up a plantain into chunks. Season with agave and cinnamon.

Fry 2-3 minutes per side until crispy and dark.

They have a slightly different color inside than a banana. More orange.
