Take one honeydew melon and cut in half. You can save one half and put it away. Scoop out the seeds and slide into pieces, removing the skin.
Throw the chunks into a food processor and blend until smooth. Fill popsicle molds or cupcake tins with about 1/4 cup of honeydew. Cover and place in the freezer for 3 hours.
Take out, top with another fruit of choice that is prepared the same way. Freeze until you want to eat.
