6 Large Eggs

Mushroom

Pepper

Onion

Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbles

In a skillet precook your veggies in olive oil or butter. Pour into the cooked veggies 6 whisked eggs. Keep on the stove and cook for roughly five minutes until set.

Pop in the oven for 5 minutes at 400 degrees on the broiler setting to brown the top and finish the cooking.

The difference between a frittata and a quiche is the cream. There’s no cream in a frittata. If you decided to add any it suddenly becomes a quiche.
