Dutch Baby Pancake

What you’ll need:

Skillet – Can’t make this without one

1/2 Cup Flour

Pinch of Salt

2 eggs

1/2 Cup Half & Half or cream

2 Tablespoons Sugar

Powered Sugar for dusting

Butter for the pan

Fruit

Mix the flour, salt, eggs, cream and sugar together. Let sit.

Heat your oven to 400 degrees and let the skillet heat up inside, adding 1 Tablespoon of butter with it to melt.

Once the skillet and butter is melted pour the batter directly into the skillet and pop back in the oven for 20 minutes. Take out, remove from skillet. Dust with powdered sugar and top with whatever fruit you like. One pancake serves 2 people.
