1 Cup Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 TB Baking Powder
1/2 TB Sugar
3 TB Butter
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Scallions, chopped – 1 or 2
Mix the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Cut in the butter with a pastry knife. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Form a dough and roll out into at least 1/2 inch thickness on a floured surface into a rectangle.
Cut into triangles and bake on a greased surface for 12 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
