1 Stick of Butter
2 TB chopped Cilantro
1/2 TB Lime Zest
Let the butter soften in a bowl for as long as it takes. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and then roll into wax paper in a log. Store in the fridge until it hardens and then use for bread, baking, or roasting veggies.
You can interchange the herbs or juice for whatever you like.
