Homemade Sweet Thai Chili Sauce

3 Garlic Cloves

2 Red Serrano Peppers

1/2 Cup Sugar

3/4 Cup Water

1/4 Vinegar

1/2 TB Salt

1 TB cornstarch

2 TB Water

Mix the top ingredients in a blender.

Mix the cornstarch and 2 TB water into a thin paste and hold on to it until after the rest is heated.

Bring the pureed ingredients in a pot to a boil. Simmer for three minutes. Whisk in the cornstarch mixture for one minute over heat and then take off to cool. Store in a jar once cool. Should last for a couple weeks.
