I love a little spread of something in variation.
Get a few different cheeses and cut up all your favorite sandwich toppings.
Here I’ve got goat cheese and apple, mushroom peppers and onion with cheddar, avocado and crab, and then caprese. Butter one side of the bread and place it down in the pan, buttering the other side after it’s cooking and before you flip it. Grill each individually and cut up into bites and serve.
