Initially I had found and wanted to make an amazing recipe for BBQ cauliflower chips. However, the recipe called for the oven to be on for 12 hours to dehydrate. 12 Hours! What a waste of energy, plus my oven is out of commission at the moment. So instead I just made cauliflower seasoned with BBQ and drizzled on some homemade honey mustard.
Slice up the cauliflower and season with BBQ powder [homemade or store bought works]. Saute on the stove top or bake in the oven to desired crunchiness. I like them a little raw and super crunchy so it doesn’t take long.
Mix up the honey mustard – 1 part mustard, 2 parts honey. Drizzle on top.
