Healthy Nachos

Sometimes I really want Nachos for lunch. But instead of filling up on melted chemical cheese and chips. I make these with shredded cabbage, onions, cilantro, olives,  faux crab, shredded cheddar and beanitos. Beanitos are my new favorite snack – chips made entirely of black beans. They also have a pinto version as well. So crunchy and does the job.
