Raspberry Marscapone Puffs

I followed this recipe with some modifications.I used almond milk instead of milk for the brioche, and I think mine were more the size of cupcakes than mini-bites.

One thing I realized making these, I don’t like marscapone. Maybe if it was incorporated more. I definitely don’t like it mixed with raspberry, I added some honey to make the filling sweeter, because it was just too pungent. But they turned out yummy.
