Stuffed Peppers

Wash, cut off the tops, and deseed 4 large green peppers. Cover with salted boiling water and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain and place peppers upright in a heat-proof dish.
Next, cook 1 cup rice, how you would normally cook it.
Heat over to 350 degrees.
In a medium saute pan cook on medium heat:
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 lb ground beef 
When nearly done, add:
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp sage
1 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
Add together:
2 cups cooked rice 
beef mixture
1/2 cup shredded fresh parmesean/reggiano cheese
1/3 cup bread crumbs

Fill mixture into peppers and bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
