You roast these like you roast any other fruit or veggies.
1. Dry out a can or two off chickpeas in a strainer and then with a paper towel.
2. Toss in olive oil on a baking sheet. Season. You can do all kinds of things: sweet, savory, spicy. For this first time I just used a little salt.
3. Roast in oven at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
