February Challenge – Brunch

This month we will be shifting focus to a precious time of day lost on many youth; when it’s late morning and you’ve been up for several hours- of your own free will- yet are just now gaining an appetite. What I’m speaking of is brunch. A meal reserved for a lazy weekend when your goals for the next two days are to water the plants and do some catch-up grooming.

Wait! Don’t put the cart before the horse. We’re not talking about any mountain high spread you’ll get at IHOP. But a good hearty meal perfect after a wild night (which at this time in our lives means consuming 3 drinks) to help ease into the day. So we’ll try to keep it simple and relatively easy to make… but no promises.
