Purple Kale Chips

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

First, you break the leaves off the stalks.

Spray a baking sheet with cooking oil. Put down the kale in a thin layer. Try not to overlap.

Then spray the top of the kale with cooking oil. Season with salt.

They will literally crunch in your mouth like potato chips when cooked for 15-20 minutes. And they change color! Fun.
